Reporting to the Pharma Business Development Director, the Senior Manager role will serve as a key member of the Pharma Business Development team, working closely with cross functional partners and the executive management team to drive and implement the HalioDx Partnership strategy with Pharma.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Promote HalioDx services and specifically HalioDx Assays (Immnoscore®, Halioseek®, and Immunosign®) and derived products to Pharma and Biotech companies.  
  • Key contributor to Business Development team to ensure individual and department goals are achieved
  • Develop partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies to overachieve company goals
  • Identify and develop access and service offering to biopharmaceutical companies, in conjunction with cross functional  teams
  • Be a proactive and inspirational advocate for HalioDx.
  • Coordinate company-wide activities related to Pharma Business activities.
  • In conjunction with different teams, develop and execute the Pharma strategic plan


  • Advanced degree in science or medicine with an MBA preferred.
  • Strong Track records in Pharma Business Development, or in Service Selling Companies (CRO for example), preferably in oncology (5 to 10 years of experience)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, start up environment
  • Multi-cultural work experience, fluent in English
  • Skills :  analytical, business & negotiation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30 to 40%.
