Présentation du poste

As MSL Director located in Beijing, you will disseminate clinical information about HalioDx's innovative diagnostic solutions to opinion leaders, third-party payers, clinical investigators, academic institutions, centres of excellence, professional organizations, and patient associations. You will report directly to the Global Medical Affairs, VP.

After a week-long trainee in Marseille and in cooperation with our teams in Marseille, your main responsibilities will include, among other things :

  • Assisting our distributor in China and ensure their continuous scientific and medical education.
  • Delivering timely, accurate and succinct clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare professionals both proactively and in response to requests for information, consistent with promotional compliance and national regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing defined goals and objectives aligned with Global Medical Affairs' strategic initiatives.
  • Identifying regional and national opinion; develop plan for cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with existing and future opinion leaders in China.
  • Participating in advisory boards, symposia, national & international congresses and educational programs, such as speaker training and clinical conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other functional areas, including Regulatory, Market Access, Sales and Marketing.


From an academic background, you are able to justify more than 5 years of relevant experience as an MSL in Oncology/Immuno-Oncology, in Diagnostic and/or healthcare industry. You are able to effectively develop and appropriately leverage KOL relationships, especially with highly skilled oncologists. Moreover, you have the experience and the capacity to develop and deliver high-quality presentations.

You demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative environment and approach; the ability to network and partner with internal and external stakeholders, including medical opinion leaders, clinical investigators, academic institutions, large group practices, and medical directors.

You have the ability to translate scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the identified business goals of the company.

You have also knowledge of Chinese Regulations & Market Access for medical goods & services.
This position requires to travel to appointments, meetings, and conferences in China and in others countries on a frequent and regular basis (50% of the time).
Your English is fluent and you have mandarin knowledge, but you need to master Chinese Regulations & Market Access for medical goods & services.
